ETHICS APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE: Ethical clearance was obtained from Jimma University, College of Public Health and Medical Science research ethical board (Ref.No. PPGC/226/2073). Consent was sought and obtained from all study participants using consent form attached with questionnaires before conducting the interview. Moreover, permission was also offered from Benshangul Gumuze Regional Health Bureau to conduct the study in the selected study area. CONSENT FOR PUBLICATION: Not applicable.
