Debre Markos University Health Science College Ethical Review Committee provided the ethical clearance for this study. Permission to conduct the interview was obtained from the Woreda representatives. Pregnant women were requested for their willingness for the interview. No minors, aged less than 18 years as stated on the 2000 Revised Family Code of Ethiopia, were included in the study. The objective of the study was briefed, and information about the arrangement of no direct benefit was provided. Verbal consent was obtained, and data were collected anonymously with strict confidentiality.
